Refund/Return Policy

We aim to make our customers to be completely happy with purchases from our online store, if you find anything you would like to tell us about or if you would like to return your item, please contact us and let us know before returning the item(s) back to us.

 If (for any reason) you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the product(s) undamaged in a re-salable condition (original packaging) within 30 days of the date of purchase

  • Returned items should be with original packaging undamaged.
  • Returns that are worn and damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted back.
  • Returns that are opened & used items , repacked items, items with no tags will be refunded 50%
  • We accept returns within 30 days of the date you purchased.
  • So for all returns we advise you to send them via tracked service and obtain proof of postage/receipt for postal service.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel (see below), or your legal rights in relation to faulty, or misdescribed, products. We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the payment method used when you made your purchase. For most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at poshlivingltd@gmail.com

 Damaged Items :

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please note, photographic evidence will need to be provided in case of faulty/damaged items.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items :

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges :

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds :

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
